Absolutely - and many clients do. We can plan your event, create the favours, and curate bespoke gifts for the bridal party, all in one brief. Everything feels cohesive because it all comes from us.

Do you work with a fixed price list?

Our gifting, favours, and event planning services are all quoted individually - because every brief is different. Our digital planning tools are fixed price and available for instant download.

Can you work within my budget?

Yes. We work with your budget, not against it. We are always transparent about costs and design every proposal to deliver the most beautiful outcome within your range.

How do I get started?

GIFTING & FAVOURS

Is there a minimum order for bespoke gifts?

No- there is no minimum order for bespoke gifting. We create a single, perfectly curated gift for one person with the same care as a bulk order. Every gift is treated as if it's only one.

How far in advance should I order event favours?

We recommend enquiring at least 6-8 weeks before your event date. This allows time for the design consultation, sourcing, creation, and any personalisation. For weddings with larger quantities, earlier is always better.

Do you ship gifts nationwide?

Yes - all gift orders are packaged to arrive beautifully and are shipped nationwide across South Africa. Gauteng collection is also available for local clients.

Can I see a design concept before committing to favours?

Yes. As part of the favour process, we present a design concept and quote before your commit. You can review, give feedback, and we'll refine until it feels exactly right.

Can you match our event theme or brand colours?

Absolutely - that's exactly what bespoke means. We work form your brief, your palette, and your aesthetic to create something that feels like a seamless extension of your event or brand, not a generic add-on.

How far in advance should I enquire?

For full planning and styling, we recommend reaching out at least 3 months before your event date - and earlier is always better for weddings. For on-the-day coordination, 4-6 weeks minimum. The earlier we connect, the more we can create together.

Do you travel outside Gauteng for events?

Yes - we are based in Gauteng but available to travel for events across South Africa. Travel costs are discussed at the proposal stage and quoted transparently. Please reach out with your location and we'll discuss the details.

Do you provide a mood board before we commit?

Yes. Following your discovery consultation, we put together a curated mood board and full event concept as part of your personalised proposal - before any commitment is made. You can review, give feedback, and we'll refine until it feels exactly right.

Can you work within a specific budget?

Absolutely. We work with your budget, not against it. During the discovery consultation we discuss your budget range openly and design a proposal that delivers the most beautiful outcome within it. We are always transparent about costs.

What's the maximum number of guests you plan for?

We specialise in intimate and mid-size up to 100 guests. This allows us to give every event the personal attention it deserves. If your guest list is larger, please reach out - we're happy to discuss on a case-by-case basis.

Can I combine event planning with your other services?

Yes - and we love when clients do! We can plan your event, create bespoke favours for your guests, and curate personalised gifts for the bridal party or guest of honour, all in one brief. Everything feels cohesive because it all comes from us.

How do I receive my download after purchasing?

As soon as your payment is processed, you'll receive an automatic email with your secure download link. No waiting, no manual delivery - it arrives in your inbox immediately and you can access it on any device.

What format are the files? Can I use them on my phone?

All products are delivered as high-resolution PDFs, or Canva documents that can be edited by you! Accessible on any device - phone, tablet, laptop, or computer. The products are also designed to be printed at A4 size.

Can I print the Wedding Binder at home?

Yes- the binder is designed for home or print-shop printing at A4. For the best results we recommend 90-100gsm paper. Once printed, pop it into a lever-arch file with your own dividers or bind the binder at the print-shop.

Are the guides written for South Africa?

Yes - all pricing references, supplier categories, timelines, and terminology are written with South African brides and hosts in mind. No irrelevant sections, no converting currencies, no ignoring local market.

Can I share the files with friends or family?

Our digital products are for personal use only and are not to be shared, resold, or redistributed. Each download is licensed to one user. If someone in your circle loves it, we'd appreciate them purchasing their own copy - it helps us keep creating.

What is I need help after purchasing?
